The invention provides a manufacturing process of a sun protection airship. The manufacturing process is characterized by comprising the following steps that 1, aluminum alloy, carbon fiber synthetic materials and aerogel are prepared firstly; 2, the prepared aluminum alloy, carbon fiber synthetic materials and aerogel are evenly stirred by a ratio of 6:3:2; 3, the materials are processed through plate rolling, annealing, cleaning, solution treatment, stretching forming, ageing, machining, surface treatment and other processes. The manufacturing process has the advantages that the aerogel insulates heat, preserves temperature, and is insulated, fireproof, waterproof and noncombustible. The environmental protection material, aerogel, is composed of 99 percent air holes of different sizes, is the lightest material with the most excellent heat insulation effect on the earth, and is porous granules with hydrophobicity. The aerogel is resistant to impacts, and remarkable in sound insulating effect, and attracts much attention as a future heat insulation and preservation material, a buffer material and a sound insulation material. The agerogel has the advantages of being free of poison to a human body, free of harm, insoluble in water, nonflammable, free of odor and lightest in the world, reducing the weight of the airship, and preventing the problem of fire caused by high temperature.
