The invention discloses a bicycle steady-state handlebar which is composed of an inner section (1) and outer sections (2). The outer sections (2) are connected with the two ends of the inner section (1) and can unload rear portion impacting kinetic energy. The connection mode is a rotating connection mode. Anti-rotation pins (4) are further arranged at the rotating connection positions. The outer sections (2) are of a hollow structure, and kinetic energy transmission mechanisms used for opening the anti-rotation pins (4) are arranged between the outer ends of the outer sections (2) and the anti-rotation pins (4). Each kinetic energy transmission mechanism comprises a bearing mechanism which can convert impacting into driving force, a transmission mechanism which transmits the driving force to a far end, and a pin disengaging mechanism which is used for disengaging the anti-rotation pins (4). The bicycle steady-state handlebar has the advantages that energy of impacting the bicycle handlebar from the rear portion is unloaded, the phenomenon that people and a bicycle are overturned after impacting is avoided, and the safety of people and the bicycle is guaranteed.
