The invention discloses an anti-collision bicycle handlebar. The anti-collision bicycle handlebar is characterized by being composed of an inner joint (1) and outer joints (2) which are rotationally connected with the two ends of the inner joint (1) respectively, the rotational joints are further provided with anti-rotation pins (4), and potential energy pin starting mechanisms used for starting the anti-rotation pins (4) are arranged between the outer ends of the outer joints (2) and the anti-rotation pins (4).
