The invention provides a high-speed rail dispatching method and system capable of realizing second-level accuracy by utilizing an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology. Since data transmission between an RFID card and a reader-writer can penetrate severe environments such as snow, fog, ice, paint and dust, and the reading speed is very quick, the high-speed rail dispatching can be rapid and accurate. Meanwhile, in the process of guiding a high-speed rail to run according to an execution time table, when the current mileage of the high-speed rail does not coincide with the benchmark mileage corresponding to the current moment in the execution time table, a driver is prompted to drive at a certain speed so as to ensure the coincidence with a benchmark position in the execution time table within preset time. When the current mileage of the high-speed rail coincides with the benchmark mileage which is specified in the execution time table, the driver is also prompted to drive at a certain speed so as to continue keeping the coincidence state in the future. Due to the adoption of the technical scheme in the invention, the high-speed rail is enabled to really realize the second-level accuracy driving according to the preset time table.
