The invention provides a mechanical ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) structure which comprises an upper shell, an oil inlet pipe, a nut, an oiling bolt, a seal ring, a piston, an outer spring, an inner spring, a regulating block, a lower shell, a regulating screw and a regulating sleeve, wherein the oil inlet pipe is arranged above the upper shell; the nut is arranged on the left side of the upper shell; the oiling bolt is arranged on the left side of the nut; the seal ring is arranged in the upper shell; the piston is arranged below the seal ring; the outer spring is arranged below the piston; the inner spring is arranged below the piston and in the outer spring; the regulating block is arranged below the inner spring; the lower shell is arranged below the upper shell; the regulating screw is arranged below the regulating block; the regulating sleeve is arranged below the regulating screw. The mechanical ABS structure has the advantages of good braking effect, long service life and low maintenance cost.
