The invention provides an overturning mechanism, a seat and a vehicle. The overturning mechanism comprises a first connection plate, a second connection plate connected with the first connection plate in a rotating mode, a drive unit capable of driving the second connection plate to rotate relative to the first connection plate and a damping assembly capable of making the rotating speed of the second connection plate be mild. Under the action of the damping assembly, the rotating overturning speed of the second connection plate can be made to be mild, a backrest of the seat is fixedly connected with the second connection plate, the situation that due to misoperation, the backrest is overturned forwards quickly to beat a passenger on the seat or objects placed on a seat cushion can be effectively prevented, and the safety of the rotating overturning process is improved; besides, in the process that the passenger operates the seat, slowly overturning of the backrest provides the passenger with a delicate operation feeling of a mechanical mechanism.
