The invention provides a windshield and a sealing element. The windshield comprises a glass plate and the sealing element. The sealing element comprises a supporting portion and a sealing portion, wherein the supporting portion is fixed to the edge of the glass plate, the sealing portion and the supporting portion are integrated, and the section of the sealing portion is semicircular or semielliptical. The supporting portion and the sealing portion jointly form a cavity which is used for accommodating deformation generated by the sealing portion when the windshield is mounted in an opening. The sealing element comprises the supporting portion and the sealing portion, wherein the supporting portion is fixed to the edge of the glass plate, the sealing portion and the supporting portion are integrated, and the section of the sealing portion is semicircular or semielliptical. The supporting portion and the sealing portion jointly form the cavity which is used for accommodating deformation generated by the sealing portion when the windshield is mounted in the opening.
