The invention discloses an electromagnetic bilayer crossed coil winding special for a catapult. The electromagnetic bilayer crossed coil winding mainly comprises an electromagnet iron core, an inner-layer clockwise coil winding and an outer-layer anticlockwise coil winding structurally, the coil windings are wound on the outer layer of an electromagnet on the electromagnet iron core of 1.5m in total length by means of a crossed winding method, the inner-layer winding is the clockwise coil winding, and the outer-layer winding is the anticlockwise coil winding.
