The invention discloses a vehicle locating system of a parking lot based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). The system comprises a camera module, an RFID card dispensing module, a parking space induction module, an RFID reader-writer, an RFID positioning module, a vehicle locating module and a control module, wherein the camera module is used for shooting license plates of vehicles entering the parking lot; the RFID card dispensing module is used for dispensing RFID label cards to the vehicles entering the parking lot; the time entering the parking lot and the license plates of the vehicles are stored in the cards; the parking space induction module comprises vehicle inductors arranged on parking spaces in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the RFID reader-writer is used for acquiring information of the RFID label cards; the RFID positioning module is used for computing positions of the RFID label cards in the parking lot according to the information of the RFID label cards; and the control module is used for recording parking position data and searching parking positions according to input information of the vehicle locating module. The system is simple in design and convenient to use, can automatically record relations between the parking spaces and the license plates, and facilitates an inquiry from a user about a vehicle parking place.
