The invention provides a rapid bus scheduling system and method capable of ensuring accurate running under an abnormal road condition. An execution time table corresponding to different speed limit values is stored in advance, and in a rapid bus running process, current time and the longitude and latitude information of a BRT at the current time are associated to an execution time table corresponding to each speed limit value in real time to correct the execution time table corresponding to each speed limit value, so that the execution time table corresponding to each speed limit value under each road condition is matched with a current running state of a rapid bus, and once a certain speed limit value is changed by a road abnormity, the execution time table can be instantly switched to the execution time table corresponding to a new speed limit value to enable the rapid bus to instantly run according to the execution time table corresponding to the new speed limit value.
