The invention discloses a voice human-computer interaction system and method of internal hardware of a motor vehicle. The system at least comprises an intelligent terminal, a wireless communication module, a central control terminal, a driving module, a detection module and internal vehicle hardware equipment, wherein the intelligent terminal transmits a control command to the central control terminal via the wireless communication module; the central control terminal controls the driving module via a control program to drive the internal vehicle hardware equipment; the wireless communication module, the detection module and the driving module are connected with the central control terminal; and the central control terminal is wirelessly connected with the intelligent terminal via the wireless communication module. An application program is set in a vehicle-mounted system, and a user mainly performs voice operation on the intelligent terminal to control the internal vehicle hardware equipment, so that operation is simple; and a voice module is set in the vehicle-mounted system, an external voice recognition module, a processing module and the like are not required, and recognition is performed based on Internet cloud voice, so that a recognition accuracy rate is greatly increased.
