The invention provides a double-layer track catapult boosting device of a fixed-wing aircraft catapult. The double-layer track catapult boosting device mainly and structurally comprises a supporting frame, a power slide rail, an aircraft sliding track, a starting magnetic ring, a sliding trolley, a sliding magnet ring, a traction magnet ring, a base plate and other portions. The power slide rail is installed in the middle of the support. The aircraft sliding track is installed at the upper portion of the support. The sliding trolley is installed on the aircraft sliding track. The sliding magnet ring is arranged on the outer side of the starting magnetic ring in a sleeving mode. The sliding magnet ring slides along the track. The sliding trolley is pushed to advance by the sliding magnet ring.
