The invention provides an anti-collision airship manufacturing process which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) arranging a screw rod protecting cover which is supported by a steel ring at the front part of an airship body; (2) welding the screw rod protecting cover to the front part of an airship; (3) spraying the protecting cover to enable the color of the protecting cover to be the same as the color of the airship. The anti-collision airship manufacturing process has the effects that the airship can work normally at the high temperature of 110 DEG C and the low temperature of minus 40 DEG C as the protecting cover is internally supported by the hard steel ring. The airship is effectively resistant to dust, water, oil, emulsion and chemicals; the color of the protecting cover is the same as the color of the airship through spraying; due to adoption of the protecting cover, the airship is effectively prevented from colliding with foreign articles such as birds in the air, and thus the accident of explosion caused by collision of foreign articles is avoided.
