The invention relates to a buoyant apparatus. The buoyant apparatus comprises a body, wherein the body adopts a hollow structure; the body is internally provided with an adjustment device and at least one air bag system; each of the air bag systems is provided with a plurality of air bag components, each air bag component is provided with a single air bag body, an aeration pipe and a gas generator; in each of the air bag components, the single air bag body is communicated with the gas generator through the aeration pipe; the adjustment device is provided with a belt buckle and an adjustment belt connected with the belt buckle; the adjustment belt is provided with a plurality of mounting positions, and one single air bag body is fixedly arranged on each of the mounting positions; the distance between adjacent mounting positions is a preset length. The distance between two adjacent air bag components is adjusted through the adjustment device after each of the single air bag bodies of the buoyant apparatus is aerated, so that the neck of a human body is not curbed by the aerated air bag system and the secondary harm to the human body caused by the buoyant apparatus is avoided.
