The invention discloses a track which comprises a track body. The track body is in the shape of a long strip which is connected end to end, the track body is hollow to form a track cavity penetrating the track body, the track body is made by a flexible material, the track cavity of the track body is inflatable, and the inner side of the track is used for being combined with multiple hubs. The track cavity is inflated to serve as a tire of a vehicle, and compared with a conventional hard track, the track has the advantage that multistage anti-vibration and buffering effect and comfortability in the process when the vehicle travels are improved substantially, and the track does not cause damage to urban roads. Compared with a conventional round tire, the track is used for the tire of the vehicle, so that area of contact with the ground is increased, friction between the track and the ground and stability of the vehicle are improved greatly, and driving and braking performance of the vehicle is improved. The invention further provides a track wheel comprising the track.
