The invention discloses an electronic steering system of a balanced fork truck. The electronic steering system comprises an operating system (1), a controller (2) and a drive steering system (3); the operating system (2) comprises a handle head (11), a handle (12) and a first steering potentiometer (13) used for measuring the angle of the handle head (11); the drive steering system (3) comprises a steering motor (31), a second steering potentiometer (32), a drive motor (33), a drive axle (34) and a drive wheel (35), wherein the second steering potentiometer (32) is used for measuring the angle of the drive motor (33); the controller (2) collects output signals of the first steering potentiometer (13) and the second steering potentiometer (32), calculates angle values of the handle head (11) and the drive motor (33) and controls the drive motor (33) to work. By the electronic steering system, working intensity of operators is lowered greatly, and working efficiency is improved.
