The invention discloses an integral floor bearing damping structure for rail transit vehicles such as high speed trains and metros. The upper end of the integral floor bearing damping structure is connected with a floor through screws, and the lower end of the integral floor bearing damping structure is connected with a car body underframe. The integral floor bearing damping structure comprises stiffening beams, a damper and a mounting base, wherein the mounting base is fixedly arranged on the car body underframe; the bottom of the damper is arranged in the mounting base; the damper and the mounting base adopt buckle type connection; the top of the damper is fixedly connected with the stiffening beams through bolts; the stiffening beams are connected with the floor through screws. Through damping and noise reduction of the integral floor bearing damping structure for rail transit vehicles such as high speed trains and metros, the rigidity of the floor is improved, and integral stress is realized; through modular mounting, the man-hour is greatly reduced, the mounting efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
