The invention provides an intelligent high-speed cargo conveying system of a pipeline train and belongs to the field of logistics transportation. By virtue of the intelligent high-speed cargo conveying system, one third global land transportation problem is mainly solved. Traditional land transportation, river transportation and air transportation are overhigh in manpower and resource input cost and high in resource consumption, cause environment pollution and are easily influenced by weather and air control. A flexible and convenient transportation mode is adopted for the pipeline train, so that a rapid, safe and accurate logistics-freight platform is supplied and modernization demands are met. The pipeline train can be selectively positioned beside a railway or a highway, a positive one-way pipeline and a negative one-way pipeline are laid, and the pipelines are internally provided with four rails, two power sources and two signal rails; the head of the pipeline train is bullet-shaped, the body of the pipeline train is cylindrical; each carriage is provided with two independent electric drive systems, three independent control systems, a fault emergency treatment system and a communication, locating, monitoring and power distribution system device. The operation in the whole running process of the train is controlled by a main control center and a sub-control center, the train is in an alternate operation mode and can achieve high-speed cargo operation at a speed per hour of 300km/h-700km/h.
