The invention relates to a puddle jumper track for opposite driving meeting on single track. The puddle jumper track comprises a single rail, a front car, a tail car, a slope rail and a top rail. The front car and the tail car are in the single rail. The overtaking mode is simultaneously applicable to same-direction driving and opposite driving. When the two cars are relatively at the safety position, the slope rail is contracted on the two ends of the front car; when the relative distance of the tail car and the front car is less than the safety distance, the two-sided slope is unfolded, the tail car can drive on the slope under the condition of no retarding, furthers drive on the top of the front car, gets off the top through the slope rail after putting over the top and continues driving forwards. According to the puddle jumper track, the working efficiency of a railway system can be promoted and the meeting of two puddle jumpers on the single track can be completed.
