The invention provides an interior person state monitoring device in a parking state of an automobile. An automobile control processing device starts a starting vibration measurement device to detect vibration on an automobile seat when receiving an automobile door closing indication transmitted by a first communication device and transfers a vibration determination signal to the automobile control processing device when detecting the vibration on the automobile seat. The automobile control processing device starts an interior temperature measurement device when receiving the vibration determination signal from the vibration measurement device. The interior temperature measurement device is used for detecting interior temperature during starting and transferring a detected interior temperature value to the automobile control processing device. The automobile control processing device transfers a start reminding signal from a first communication device to a second communication device when the interior temperature value received from the interior temperature measurement device exceeds a preset temperature threshold. The second communication device sends a start command to a reminding device when receiving the start reminding signal from the first communication device.
