An embodiment of the invention discloses an electromobile electric energy dispatching system and method. The system comprises an electromobile, a power grid management platform and an owner terminal unit. The electromobile comprises a battery pack, a motor controller and a wireless communication unit, and the motor controller is connected with the battery pack and the wireless communication unit; the motor controller is connected with an alternating-current charging device on the power grid side; the power grid management platform is used for sending a discharge request to the owner terminal unit; the owner terminal unit is used for sending a discharge allowance indication to the power grid management platform and the wireless communication unit; the wireless communication unit is used for sending a discharge command to the motor controller according to the discharge allowance indication; the motor controller is used for converting electric energy in the battery pack into electric power according to the discharge command and transmitting the electric power to the alternating-current charging device so as to transmit power to the power grid through the alternating-current charging device. The electric energy of the electromobile can be effectively managed by the system and method.
