The invention discloses a production process of tempered automotive glass. The production process includes the steps of 1, cutting of large pieces; 2, pretreating; 3, printing and drying; 4, tempering; and 5, installation of accessories. The production process is reasonable and simple, the process flow is greatly shortened, mechanization level is high, raw materials are made full use, the tempered glass is high in quality and low in cost, most importantly, drilling and edging of the tempered glass is achieved, self-destruct of the tempered glass is avoided, and the production process is suitable for popularization the field of automobile parts.
