The invention discloses an electro-hydraulic energy-saving shock absorber, which structurally comprises a hydraulic cylinder block, a hydraulic cylinder piston, a damping spring, an inductance coil, a cylinder block outer cover, a rubber dust-proof cover, shock absorber connection bolts, rotating rings, spring clamps, U-shaped supports and permanent magnets. According to the invention, the vibration energy of an automotive suspension is converted into electric energy and hydraulic energy which can be conveniently stored and utilized, energy sources are saved, and the shock absorption performance of the automotive suspension is improved. The electro-hydraulic energy-saving shock absorber can be applied to the shock absorption of the automotive suspension, and can also be applied to the shock absorption of an automobile seat; the electro-hydraulic energy-saving shock absorber has the advantages that the design is reasonable, and the promotional value is higher.
