The invention discloses an electric engine cylinder body top surface milling hoisting apparatus, which comprises a column, an I-steel crossbeam, a dolly and an electric hoist, a suspension hook is connected on a lifting chain of the electric hoist. When an engine cylinder body is installed or dismounted from a processing tool, the hoisting apparatus can hook the engine cylinder body through the suspension hook, and then lifting of the lifting chain can be controlled by a controller of the electric hoist, so that hoisting and falling of the engine cylinder body can be realized. The lifting chain can be artificially and transversally driven so as to move the dolly along the I-steel crossbeam, the engine cylinder body can be conveniently and rapidly transferred between a member taking position and a member placing position, the hoisting apparatus can substitute manual lifting of the engine cylinder body, labor intensity can be greatly reduced, production efficiency is higher; lifting weight is determined by frictional force between a lifting chain wheel and a friction plate, when the weight gravity is greater than frictional force, the lifting chain wheel and the friction plate enable slipping, loading limit function can be realized, and work security is good.
