The invention provides a lifting balancing structure of a mould. The lifting balancing structure comprises a lifting balancing structure body, a lifting block, a lifting ring and a fastening screw, wherein the lifting balancing structure body is arranged on the mould; the mould is provided with a fastening screw hole; the lifting block is fixed on the mould through the fastening screw, the lifting block is in a square massive structure, and four strip-shaped holes are uniformly distributed on the lifting block; the lifting ring is screwed into the lifting block, the strip-shaped holes are stepped holes, and the four strip-shaped holes are same in shape and equal in length; the fastening screw is a hexagon socket head cap screw, and the cylinder head height of the hexagon socket head cap screw is less than the depths of the strip-shaped holes; and scale lines are arranged at the peripheries of the strip-shaped holes. The lifting balancing structure provided by the invention can be used for solving the problems of instability of the mould, difficulty of loading into an injection moulding machine, large possibility of accident generation, complexity in operation and the like when the mould is lifted.
