The invention relates to a clamping tool for assisting in hoisting cement electric poles. The clamping tool comprises a cross beam; two forklift brackets or hoisting rings which are distributed axially are arranged on the cross beam symmetrically; two sets of arm-claw assemblies are respectively hung on two ends of the cross beam; each set of arm-claw assembly is formed by articulating a connecting ring, an expanding arm, a connecting arm and a claw from top to bottom in sequence. After the forklift brackets or hosting rings and the arm-claw assemblies are arranged on the cross beam axially according to the lever transmission principle and the principle of self-tightening by weight, workers can dispatch and transfer the cement electric poles very conveniently through a forklift or hoister under the assistance of the clamping tool. The clamping tool disclosed by the invention has the advantages of time and labor saving and high efficiency.
