The invention belongs to the technical field of elevators and particularly relates to an elevator capable of automatically determining a target floor. The elevator capable of automatically determining the target floor comprises a traction system, a guidance system, a car, a door system, a weight balance system, a control system and a safety protection system and is characterized by further comprising an image pick-up system, an image storage system, a living floor information system, an image recognition system and an intelligent floor setting system which are electrically connected to the control system. The elevator capable of automatically determining the target floor achieves intelligent determination of the target floor of a passenger of a building with elevators through the passenger image recognition technology combined with passenger information, so that the passenger who takes the elevator once does not need to manually set the target floor when the passenger goes to the previous target floor. Therefore, elevator taking is easy, time-saving and less in the chance of bacterial infection for the passenger.
