The invention discloses an antistatic metal honeycomb core composite material veneer structure. According to the antistatic metal honeycomb core composite material veneer structure, a method that wires are connected between metal embedded parts and an aluminum honeycomb of a composite material plate is used, all the metal embedded parts are connected together through the wires, the antistatic purpose that the resistance value of any two points of a veneer is smaller than 10 ohms is achieved, the purpose of partial and overall insulation of the metal honeycomb core composite material veneer is achieved, and particularly the purpose of insulation of the metal embedded parts is achieved. The antistatic metal honeycomb core composite material veneer structure has the advantages that the purpose of partial and overall insulation of the metal honeycomb core composite material veneer is achieved, and the electrostatic protection pressure on the surface of a satellite and the electrostatic protection pressure inside the satellite are reduced.
