The invention provides a ship driving device capable of being flexibly steered. The ship driving device comprises a ship body, wherein a plurality of driving assemblies are arranged on the ship body; a plurality of surrounding rods are fixed outside the ship body; each driving assembly comprises a rotary rod, a motor and a screw propeller; the rotary rods are supported on the surrounding rods; the whole bodies of the rotary rods are located outside the ship body and the lower ends of the rotary rods extend to the lower side of the ship body; the motors are fixed at the lower parts of the rotary rods; the screw propellers are mounted on the motors; the directions of the screw propellers of all the driving assemblies are the same; and the upper parts of the rotary rods of the any two adjacent groups of the driving assemblies are connected via a transmission structure so that all the driving assemblies are rotated synchronously. By virtue of the ship driving device capable of being flexibly steered, the forward movement direction of a ship can be changed at random, and lateral movement, backward movement and emergency braking can be realized; the navigation speed is high; and if the ship meets other ships or floating objects or reef islands in a navigation process and the ship needs to stop or avoid, the ship can stop and avoid randomly.
