The invention relates to the rail transit technology, and discloses a berth layout structure for a passenger train sleeping berth compartment. Berths are arranged in two rows in the longitudinal direction of the compartment, one ends of the berths in each row are connected with the side wall of the compartment, a compartment passage is arranged between the two rows of berths, and the included angle between the longitudinal direction of each berth and the longitudinal direction of the compartment is an acute angle. According to the berth layout structure, the vertical layout in the prior art is changed to be inclined layout, and namely the included angle between the longitudinal direction of each berth and the longitudinal direction of the compartment is the acute angle. Due to the inclined layout mode, the two rows of berths can be arranged in the limited compartment in the longitudinal direction of the compartment, the compartment passage is arranged between the two rows of berths, one end of each berth is connected with the compartment passage, the number of the berths is greatly increased, and the convenience of getting in and out of the berths is greatly improved; as the head direction of passengers can be more consistent with the advance direction of a train, riding comfort and stability are improved.
