The invention discloses an anti-contact high-voltage safety device for a railway vehicle. The anti-contact high-voltage safety device comprises two grooves including left and right grooves in the two sides, close to the top, of a train carriage, wherein an electronic control elastic expansion piece is arranged in each groove, and the front end of the electronic control elastic expansion piece is fixedly connected with a retaining block; a lubricating oil injection device for lubricating the retaining block and a soft contact block is arranged at the upper end of each retaining block, and the lower side of the front end of each retaining block is hinged with the soft contact block with an oblique slope surface at the front end; a tensile trial alarm switch is connected between each soft contact block and each retaining block, and a thermosensitive sensing module electrically connected with the electronic control elastic expansion piece is arranged at a distance of five centimeters from the lower end of each groove. The anti-contact high-voltage safety device provided by the invention has the advantage of automatically intercepting people attempting to climb to the top of a motor car under the unwatched condition to prevent the electric shock tragedy.
