The invention provides a spring type tire deceleration brake device. The device comprises a tire and an axle and is characterized in that grooves are formed in the tire, a nut capable of moving laterally is arranged on the axle, a retaining plate is arranged at one end of the nut, a fixing shaft is arranged on one side of the axle, a deceleration pin penetrates the lower side of the fixing shaft, a sleeve is arranged at the lower end of the axle, a notch is formed in one end of the sleeve, an inner spring is arranged in the notch, one end of the inner spring is connected into the notch, and the other end is connected with the deceleration pin. The device is precise and reasonable in structure, safe and reliable and convenient to produce. Only the nut is needed to be rotated manually to drag the retaining plate to move frontwards, the retaining plate pushes the sleeve to move frontwards, and accordingly, the deceleration pin is in contact with the tire, and friction deceleration of the tire is achieved; the nut is rotated afterwards manually, the sleeve is reset under the elastic force of an outer spring, and accordingly, the deceleration pin is separated from the tire, and closing braking is achieved.
