The invention discloses a titling cart using a turning chain to control a small bucket to automatically load and unload objects. A small bucket is arranged at the front part of a big bucket and fixedly connected with a third connecting shaft, and a second wheel is installed at the shaft end of the third connecting shaft and installed on a V-shaped movable arm by a bearing; a fourth connecting shaft is installed at the corner of the V-shaped movable arm, and a third chain wheel is installed on the fourth connecting shaft; the other end of the V-shaped movable arm is hinged with a support which is fixed on the cart body and positioned on the rear side of the big bucket, and the lower part of the V-shaped movable arm is hinged with a second connecting shaft which is driven by a hydraulic cylinder installed on the cart body to rotate; a first connecting shaft is installed on the cart body, and a first chain wheel is installed at the shaft end of the first connecting shaft which is driven by a motor installed on the cart body to move forward and inversely; the first chain wheel, the third chain wheel and the second chain wheel are connected by a chain. The titling cart can achieve the function of automatically loading and unloading, relieves labor intensity, and can be applied to sites such as municipal engineering, roads, water conservancy project and garbage cleaning places.
