The invention provides a vehicle-mounted double-rotor wind-driven generator. The generator comprises a box body, a coil rotor and a permanent magnetic rotor; two air inlets in the side edge of the box body form a wind collecting opening; wind wheels which are in opposite directions are respectively mounted on the two rotor shafts; a plurality of arc-shaped blades are arranged on the wind wheels; wind stop rings are arranged at the inner sides of the blades; when a vehicle runs, the resulting relative wind speed is collected through the air inlets in the side of the box body to push the wind wheels; the box body and the wind stop rings at the inner sides of the arc-shaped blades form a wind cavity, so that the two rotors can be forcedly pushed to run at relatively high speed; the generator can be horizontally or vertically mounted to a front cover, or a roof or two sides of the vehicle by an ultrathin form and can also be mounted by a series connecting manner; when the vehicle runs or stops, the generating efficiency is doubled that of the traditional generator under the same wind speed, and therefore, the generator has the advantages that the power can be supplied to the vehicle and vehicle-mounted electric appliance with the minimum wind resistance and maximum generation capacity, so as to expand the driving mileage of electric vehicles; in addition, the generator is widely applied to power generation and normal power supply of all mobile devices; the generator is green, environmentally friendly, and low in energy consumption.
