The invention provides a novel 25KV pantograph control circuit, including two sets of sub-control circuits, each set of sub-control circuit being used for controlling the lifting of a pantograph, wherein each set of sub-control circuit includes a pantograph up valve PUV, a pantograph up relay KAPU, an interlocking relay KAPI, a pantograph down relay KAPDW1, a high-partition pull-in solenoid valve PDCV and a high voltage isolation relay; when a command is input at a pantograph down command inputting end, the third set of normally-closed contacts of the KAPDW1 break off contact, and thereby the PDCV is powered off, the coil of the high voltage isolation relay is powered off, and normally-open contacts between the PUV and the KAPU are in contact, so that the PUV is powered off, and finally the corresponding pantograph is lowered. According to the novel 25KV pantograph control circuit, once the command is input at the pantograph down command inputting end, the corresponding pantograph is automatically lowered.
