The invention relates to the field of article transfer tools, in particular to a steam curing trolley hook assembly and a steam curing trolley using the hook assembly. The steam curing trolley hook assembly comprises a hook. A crook part is arranged at the front end of the hook. The front side face of the crook part is a slope. A hinge hole is formed in the rear end of the hook and used for being hinged with the other trolley to enable the front end to do pitching motion. A trundle is assembled between the two ends of the hook. The axis of the trundle and the axis of the hinge hole are parallel to each other. In the using process, when two trolleys need to be connected, the rear trolley just needs to be pushed to make the slope on the front side of the crook part of the hook make contact with a hinge pin on the front trolley, and the hook pitches up under the matching effect of the hinge pin and the slope on the front side of the crook part to be connected with a hook of the front trolley; as the hinge hole is located in the tail of the hook and the trundle is arranged between the two ends of the hook, falling of the hook completely depends on the gravity effect of the hook after the hook makes contact with the front trolley. The hook assembly is simple in structure, and therefore the manufacturing and maintaining cost can be reduced.
