The invention provides a star-shaped miktoarm copolymer formed by polymerization of styrene, butadiene and isoprene monomers and a preparation method thereof. The structure of the copolymer is shown as the specification, wherein Y is Si; IR is an isoprene homopolymer block, SBR is a random copolymer block of styrene and butadiene, and BR is a butadiene homopolymer block. In terms of 100% of the total mass of the monomers in the copolymer, the three blocks IR, SBR and BR are in a mass ratio of (20-40):(30-50):(20-40). The copolymer gathers isoprene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and butadiene rubber with different structures at one point, has the excellent performance of natural rubber, butadiene rubber and styrene butadiene rubber, and can have higher wet-skid resistance and lower rolling resistance when it is used in tire tread rubber.
