The invention discloses a nonskid crawling ladder for a ship. The nonskid crawling ladder comprises ladder beams on both sides and pedal levers which are uniformly arranged in the direction of the height of the ladder beams, wherein the sections of the ladder beams are square, and the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the square ladder beams are fixedly connected with rubber pads; nonskid grooves are formed in the upper surfaces of the pedal levers, and the grooves are bar-shaped grooves uniformly distributed on the upper surfaces of the pedal levers in a width direction. According to the invention, the rubber pads are arranged on the upper surfaces and the lower surfaces of the ladder beams, so that the friction between the ladder beams and a leaning part is enlarged, and the fixation is reliable, and the situation of slip is not easy to occur. When staff uses the nonskid crawling ladder, the nonskid crawling ladder can be conveniently grabbed and forced by hands. Besides, the nonskid grooves are formed in the pedal levers, so that the nonskid effect can be played. Compared with nonskid salient points, the grooves have the advantage of being not easy to abrase. While in use, the safety of the nonskid crawling ladder disclosed by the invention is greatly improved.
