The invention discloses an asymmetric rotation flapping wing lift force generating device belonging to the technical field of aviation. The asymmetric rotation flapping wing lift force generating device comprises a main shaft, a tumbler frame, a center half-toothed gear and four same rotating wing devices which are uniformly distributed. The main shaft is longitudinally arranged, the rear end of the main shaft is fixedly connected with the tumbler frame, the middle section of the main shaft is connected with the center half-toothed gear by virtue of a bearing, and power is input from the front end of the main shaft. The tumbler frame is used for supporting the four rotating wing devices. Each rotating wing device comprises an entocentric gear, a telecentric gear and a wing sheet. The wing sheet is a rigid rectangular wing flat wing sheet. A meshing transmission ratio of the entocentric gear to the telecentric gear is 1:1, and a meshing transmission ratio of the entocentric gear to the center half-toothed gear is 1:1. A guide cover is of a semicircle, and is arranged on a rack. The corresponding wing sheets are horizontally arranged when the tumbler of the tumbler frame is positioned at a vertical position just above the main shaft. The power drives the main shaft to rotate, the wing sheets are always in a horizontal state in a flapping process, and are always vertical to the tumbler of the tumbler frame in a boosting process. The asymmetric rotation flapping wing lift force generating device is high in efficiency and capable of generating relatively large lift force.
