The invention discloses a slamming resistance bottom sealing plate of a multihulled ship connecting bridge. The bottom sealing plate comprises a main panel in planar extension, and a bulge rib structure arranged on the main panel and extruding from the lower end face of the main panel; bulge ribs are in through pipe structures with openings at the two ends; extension directions of the bulge ribs are the same as that of a hull; the quantity of the bulge ribs is not less than two; every two adjacent bulge ribs are parallel; and cross sections of the bulge ribs are in isosceles trapezoid structures. According to the bottom sealing plate, with the adoption of the technical scheme, the bulge rib structure on the panel exert a cushioning effect to be capable of effectively reducing a slamming load of the bottom sealing plate while the weight is ensured, and the strength of a connecting bridge structure is improved.
