The invention relates to a vehicle door installation bumper block. The vehicle door installation bumper block is an elastic blocky body; one side of a bumper block body is provided with a clamping groove; the width of the clamping groove is smaller than the thickness of the edge of a vehicle door; the bottom of the clamping groove is provided with a cavity; the width of the cavity is greater than the width of the clamping groove; the upper end of the clamping groove is provided with a gap matched with a lock catch; the side face of the bumper block body is arc-shaped; the side face of the bumper block body is trapezoidal; one end of the opening of the clamping groove is narrower than one opposite end. The vehicle door installation bumper block disclosed by the invention can be conveniently applied to an automobile production line, collision in a vehicle door installation process can be effectively prevented, damage to the vehicle door and a vehicle door frame is avoided, and paint is prevented from being peeled off. When the bumper block is arranged on a vehicle door lock, collision due to mismatching of the door lock and the lock catch can be effectively reduced, and the defective rate of products is reduced.
