The invention discloses a splicing process for the aluminum outer skin of a military shelter. The process comprises the steps of assembling sizing of a skeleton, cleaning before welding, butting positioning, drilling of rivet holes, riveting, detection of planeness, welding of the outer skin, rivet welding, weld grinding and the like. According to the splicing process, a weld crosswise and sequence welding mode is adopted, so that outer skin straight plates can be continuously and seamlessly spliced, the smoothness and strength of a spliced weld can be ensured, and the condition of deformation and cracking is avoided; the outer skin straight plates are riveted through rivets, so that the connection stability of the outer skin straight plates relative to the skeleton can be effectively improved, the waterproof sealing performance of a shelter body of the shelter can be effectively improved, and a paint coating at a seam can be completely prevented from being detached; in addition, the rivets are fastened on the outer skin straight plates and the skeleton by virtue of a three-section welding process, so that the rivets can be effectively prevented from being loosened or separated.
