The invention discloses a control instruction generation method and system for wired electrically-controlled pneumatic braking. The position of a braking handle, in a control area, of a conventional electrically-controlled brake is judged, and different braking instructions are generated according to different positions of the braking handle in a braking area when it is determined that the braking handle is located in the braking area of the control area. The scheme is achieved on the basis of a braking controller of a conventional electrically-controlled pneumatic braking system, generation of the braking instructions of an ECP braking system can be achieved without adding extra control devices, the phenomenon that due to the fact that extra control devices are added, drivers cannot conveniently operate equipment is avoided, operating safety is improved, and the space of a cab is saved.
