The invention provides a lifting device for stepping on a vehicle, which has the advantages of reliable functions, convenience for operation and simple structure and helps the disabled step on the vehicle. The lifting device for stepping on the vehicle comprises a lifter, an antiskid platform and a slope pedal, wherein the antiskid platform and the upper surface of the lifter are parallel to each other, and are in sliding connection; and one end of the slope pedal is connected with the antiskid platform. Rails are arranged on the upper surface of the lifter in parallel at intervals; and self-locking wheels fitting the rails are mounted at the left and right sides of the antiskid platform. The lifter comprises a chassis, a lifting platform surface arranged above the chassis in parallel, and a lifting mechanism positioned between the lifting platform surface and the chassis.
