The invention provides a special overhang wire clamp for a steel-cladded-copper specially-shaped lead wire of an electrified railway. The special overhang wire clamp comprises a conductor, a steel rope wire, a chuck, a clamping plate, a clamping shaft, a joint, a spring washer, a fastening screw and an overhung rope, and is characterized in that the steel-cladded-copper specially-shaped lead wire of the electrified railway, which consists of the conductor and the steel rope wire, adopts a tooth-shaped occlusion opening which is processed by precision cast steel and has a flat and straight lower surface; a conductive part and the steel rope wire are firmly integrated by the fastening screw; the overhung rope bolted to the hollow clamping shaft is erected on a lead wire fixing rope of the electrified railway. Compared with the prior art, the special overhang wire clamp has the advantages that the pulling resistance is higher, the erection is more flat and straight, the distance is larger, and the unit line is longer; particularly the lower surface adopts the design of the flat and straight tooth-shaped occlusion opening, so that sliding of a pantograph is less affected, and the conductive part can bear friction loss with a larger proportion; therefore, the service life and the updating period of the lead wire are greatly prolonged.
