The invention provides an emergency starter for an electric vehicle. A relay switch end and an emergency starting switch are in parallel connection between a power battery and a control end of a DC/DC converter; the back end of an ignition switch is connected with a relay control end of a vehicle control unit and a power supply positive electrode of the vehicle control unit, the negative electrode of a secondary battery is connected with the negative electrode of the vehicle control unit, and the relay control end is connected with the back end of the ignition switch and an eighth port of the vehicle control unit. The emergency starter for the electric vehicle has the advantages that a problem that a vehicle cannot be started to drive, which is caused by an over-low voltage situation because the vehicle is placed for a long time or a secondary storage battery is aged, is solved, and the troubles and the operation safety risks for customers due to the secondary storage battery are eliminated; furthermore, valuable time and money are saved for customers, the after-sales service cost of a motor corporation is reduced, and the brand influence of the motor corporation is improved.
