The invention discloses an air exhausting method and structure for an automobile clutch oil pump. The method comprises the steps that an oil storage can on an automobile is made to be in the empty state, and then, through an externally-arranged oil-well pump, oil in an externally-arranged oil container is pumped into a pipeline through an oil inlet pipe pump connected with an air exhausting hole in a clutch oil pump pipeline, and enters the oil storage can through the clutch oil pump; and the oil storage can is filled with the oil in place while the air is exhausted. After filling is carried out in place, the oil inlet pipe is pulled down finally, and the air exhausting hole is sealed; and an oil returning pipe is arranged on the oil inlet pipe, and a pressure relief valve is arranged on the oil returning pipe. Before the oil inlet pipe is pulled down, the pressure relief valve is opened firstly, and therefore the oil in the oil inlet pipe flows back to the oil container, and then the oil inlet pipe is pulled down. Air exhausting of the clutch oil pump and oil filling of the oil storage can are carried out synchronously, and manual air exhausting is not needed, so that air exhausting is convenient and rapid. According to the air exhausting method and structure, the labor force is saved, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
