The invention discloses a transmission with a transfer case, and belongs to the technical field of mechanical transmission. The transmission comprises a shutting and vibration damping clutch assembly, a hydraulic torque converter, a rotary clutch assembly, a planetary gearbox, a power output device, an internal cycloid gear pump and a turbine output shaft. The shutting and vibration damping clutch assembly is connected with a turbine base of the hydraulic torque converter through a shutting and vibration damping clutch. The turbine base is connected with the turbine output shaft. The turbine output shaft is connected with the planetary gearbox through the rotary clutch assembly. A pump impeller of the hydraulic torque converter is connected with the power output device and the internal cycloid gear pump. A transfer case assembly is connected to the tail end of the planetary gearbox. The transmission has the advantages that power is outputted from front and back directions of the transmission, the torque is distributed variably, the output end and the input end are not on the same axis, the driving torque can be distributed to front wheels and rear wheels reasonably, driving force of the front wheels and the rear wheels is brought into full play, and accordingly, driving performance and stability of a vehicle are improved.
