The invention provides a self-control energy-saving environment-friendly vehicle cooling and heating device, which is mainly and organically formed by an air guide pipe, an initial heating device, a heat extracting device, an initial cooling device, a main heating device, a heat supplying device, a cold supplying device, a main cooling device, micro filtering screens and a self sensing device, wherein the two ends of the air guide pipe are respectively communicated with one end of the initial heating device and one end of the main cooling device, one end of the initial heating device and one end of the main heating device are respectively communicated with the are guide pipe, the other end of the initial heating device and the other end of the main heat supplying device are respectively communicated with the back sides of the heat extracting device and the heat supplying device, casings are respectively provided with heat insulation layers, the back sides of the heat extracting device and the heat supplying device are respectively communicated with one end of the initial heating device and one end of the main heating device, the front ends of the initial heating device and the heat supplying device are respectively provided with micro filtering screens, the back sides of the air extracting device and the cold supplying device are respectively communicated with one end of the initial cooling device and one end of the main cooling device, one end of the initial cooling device and one end of the main cooling device are respectively communicated with the back sides of the air extracting device and the cold supplying device, the other ends of the initial cooling device and the main cooling device are respectively communicated with the air guide pipe, casings are respectively provided with heat insulation layers, the micro filtering screens are arranged at the front ends of the heat extracting device and the air extracting device, the self sensing device is arranged at one side of the air conveying pipe, and a self control valve is respectively arranged at each communicating part of the initial heating device, the initial cooling device, the main heating device, the main cooling device and the air guide pipe. Therefore the self-control energy-saving environment-friendly vehicle cooling and heating device has obvious energy-saving and environment-friendly benefits.
