The invention relates to an emitter fitting structure of a vehicle tire pressure monitoring system. The structure comprises a tire valve stem, an emitter shell, and a locking screw for fixing the tire valve stem and the emitter shell, wherein a groove hole for accommodating the locking screw is formed in the emitter shell; the root diameter of the locking screw is greater than the diameter of the groove hole in the emitter shell, so that the locking screw and the groove hole are in interference fit in the assembly state; and a thread corresponding to the locking screw is arranged on the inner wall of the groove hole. The mounting structure adopts the interference fit principle on the fit surface, so that the locking screw is under the positive pressure of the hole groove of the screw of the shell; and when the screw tends to get loose, the looseness of the screw is stopped by the frictional force of the fit surface, and the rotation of the shell relative to the valve stem is prevented.
